Participation Fee...
The combined Participation Fee and hotel costs for the two-day Forum is £2,415 + 20% VAT. The total registration fee inclusive of VAT is £2,898. This includes:
Please note: The Forum is limited to 48 participants, places are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. The invitation was issued to you personally and is not transferable. Your place will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- All Session fees and access to the materials online;
- Your (single) accommodation for two nights at The Pennyhill Park Hotel;
- All meals and wine with dinner.

CANCELLATION POLICY...
Registrations are non-transferable. Written requests for cancellation will be eligible for a refund in accordance with the following schedule, based on the date the cancellation request is received:
*COVID – 19 Update: Should restrictions be in place by WHO or the CDC such as a travel ban, border closures, or no gatherings of 50 people or more, you will be eligible for a full credit towards next years’ Forum or a full refund up to 6 weeks in advance of the program. All requests must be received in writing. After August 15th (the 6-week mark), our standard cancellation policy will apply.
- Prior to August 6th, 2021; 100% of the Participation Fee less a £250 administration fee.
- Between August 6th and August 20th, 2021; a credit of £700 for use towards a future program, valid for two years from the issue date.
- August 21st, 2021 or later; the Participation Fee is non-refundable.

CLE / CPD ACCREDITATION...
Upon request, a certificate of attendance outlining participatory hours will be issued after the Forum has taken place. Dependent on jurisdictional approvals and requirements, the process may take 8 weeks from the date of the Forum. If you have questions about CLE / CPD, please contact Courtenay Masters
