What is the Forum?
The Forum is an ‘invitation only’ meeting of the leading practitioners in this field. An agenda, developed by the Steering Committee, forms the basis for the discussion and debate. The Chatham House Rule governs all discussion, allowing a free-flow of ideas and insights. The Forum does not feature traditional presentations, but is based on the participation of all those in attendance.

Excellent event – entertaining and thought provoking discussions and a very good opportunity to share ideas with like-minded colleagues.
This is a different event, unlike any you’ve attended
For the 6th year, the Forum brings together the top litigators from major and boutique firms in England and the United States to discuss the most pressing issues in their field.
"Intimate, due to number or participants. Interesting and experienced practitioners and a fun bunch of people. The discussions are intense but very open and encourage participation by all."

"The Forum is a unique conference that provides an intimate vehicle for the exchange of ideas in a particular field by leaders in that field. The format allows for participation in a free wielding environment where the subject matter is determined by the issues that are pressing for leaders in the field. The small size distinguished this conference from others."
